Hello! I am Jacqueline Johnson— Licensed Esthetician, Licensed Permanent Cosmetics Artist and Advanced Certified Lash Artist. I have been in the beauty industry for five years, and also have experience in the hospitality industry! I truly love working with people, expressing my creativity, enhancing confidence, and reducing your time getting ready each day with my brow and lash designs. My long term clients would describe me as a fun, professional, and skilled artist with meticulous attention to detail. Your experience in my studio is the pride of my work. By providing your contact information and booking an appointment you agree to all listed terms and policies. • I only accept cash or debit/credit cards as payment. A card reader is provided for an easy checkout experience (2.5% transaction processing fee applies to card payments). Pay with cash and save! • No refunds will be issued for any reason. If you are dissatisfied with any service or product, please contact me directly so I can resolve it. • Arriving with a cleansed, makeup-free face is best for application. Please also avoid excessive moisturizers and oils on the day of your appointment. • For lash and eyeliner services, contact lenses must be removed to prevent irritation. • Please keep in mind my services can take upwards of two hours. Schedule your appointment during a time where you can fully relax and enjoy your service without taking phone calls, working remotely, or multitasking. • Seating space inside the studio is limited, but an extra guest or well-behaved child are welcome. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted inside the studio for Permanent Cosmetics or Tattoo sessions. • Lash Refill appointments are maintenance on an existing Full Set, not a total reconstruction. At least 40%-50% of extensions must be on both eyes to be considered a Refill. Anything less will be charged as a Full Set. • I do accept clients who have lashes on from another lash artist (select Foreign Refill option). Foreign Refill lashes must be clean, properly isolated, and meet the 40%-50% coverage requirement for Refills. Otherwise, a new Full Set may be needed. Thank you for your continued support. Cancellation Policy
To ensure every customer receives their full experience I cannot accept clients earlier than 15 minutes or later than 15 minutes to their scheduled appointment time.
I do not charge late fees, but after 15 minutes the appointment is cancelled. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time forfeit their deposit and incur a 25% fee of the service price.
